Solution: Adding Parameters to a Query

Step1. Open qryCoursesSectionsAndAllFacultySummer18.

Step2. Save it as qryCoursesSectionsAndAlFacultySemesterParameter.

Step3. Switch to Design View.

Step4. Change the criteria for the SemesterYear field to:

[Enter the SemesterYear] Or is Null

Step5. Save and test the query.

Step6. Close the query.
