Outlook users may accumulate hundreds or even thousands of messages in their Inbox and in their personal folders. When this is the case, it can become difficult to find specific messages.The Search feature in Outlook can help to solve this problem.
It is possible to search for a message with a specific subject line or from a specific sender. We can also search for a specific word or phrase in the body of the message.
Step 1. To search for an email message, directly below the Ribbon, in the Search field,
Click Search Current Mailbox (Ctrl + E),
type: Alumni Conference Enter
NOTE: If you see a dialog box asking you to enable Search Click .
