Once you've completed editing an image, you'll want to export it in a print-friendly file format. To learn more about the variety of file formats available for print, as well as what file formats to avoid, watch the following video.

The graphic we've prepared is ultimately going to be included in a research poster, so we'll want to save our file as a TIFF file. This makes it so that any graphics editing program can open our file, as opposed to just Photoshop, and it will also give us a high-quality image that's suitable for print.
Let's save the edited image as a TIFF file now.
